The educators on my team come from a range of backgrounds—they are former and current classroom teachers, literacy coaches, school administrators, bilingual educators, intervention specialists, special educators, and college professors—but what they all have in common is that they are masterful at working with adults, leading professional learning, and modeling instruction in classrooms.
